Beverley D’Cruz is a dynamic and results-driven Vice President /General Manager with a 20+ year track record across global markets (Middle East, Europe, North America, Africa, & Asia). Known for orchestrating large-scale business transformations, delivering consistent growth, and leading digital, brand, and operational overhauls. She is passionate about building high-performance, inclusive teams and forging purpose-driven cultures that outlast leadership transitions. As the General Manager of Pizza Hut Middle East & Pakistan, she led the brand’s growth strategy and operations across the region. With over 18 years of experience at Yum! Brands, Beverley has held key leadership roles within both Pizza Hut and KFC across Canada, the UK, and the Middle East. Most recently, she served as Chief Brand Officer for Pizza Hut META, driving impactful initiatives to elevate the brand. Before joining Yum!, Beverley spent 6 years at Unilever, where she gained deep expertise in Brand Management and Business Development. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Beverley combines academic excellence with hands-on leadership in building high-performing teams and driving successful business transformations. A trailblazer in the industry, Beverley is the first female General Manager for a Yum! Brands in the Middle East, breaking barriers and paving the way for future female leaders in the region. She is also a passionate coach, dedicated to helping leaders find their purpose, and lives by the mantra: “Be kind, be brave, and be awesome. What else can you be?” Beverley’s leadership style is defined by a blend of intelligence, empathy, and courage. Leading with “Smart, Heart, and Courage,” she has built a powerhouse team that prioritizes purpose and impact, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and social responsibility within the organization. Her commitment to purpose-driven leadership is evident in initiatives like the Opportunity 4 All program in Saudi Arabia, which provides employment opportunities for people of determination. In addition to her corporate leadership, Beverley serves as a board member of the CMO Council and the International Women’s Business Development (IWBD) board. She has also completed two executive education courses at Harvard Business School: Authentic Leadership Development and Building a Digital and AI Mindset.
