Working on growing and developing brands that win not just on the P&L but also in the hearts of consumers for the last 8 years. While boardrooms are the place where I spend the most amount of time, the most valuable place lies in the mind of the consumers, hence I insist on creating campaigns and experiences that talk TO consumers instead of talking AT them. My favourite part of the job is to spot the issue, dismantle it to understand the crux and collaborate through the value chain to find the solve; your strategy and execution can only be as good as the problem statement you can identify.
