Ahmer Rasheed is one of the leading Marketing, Research and Strategy consultant in Pakistan. He is founder and CEO of Markematics Pvt. Limited, one of the leading marketing research and consultancy organization and Markematics Digital, a Tech startup launched in 2021 working in the areas of TechEd, Survey & Crowed Sourcing Platform, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence.

During his 30+ years career, he has been associated with MNC’s like Nielsen, Oasis Insights, MEMRB, GSK and Eli Lilly in senior management positions in the areas of marketing, research and business management. He has several industry level initiatives on his credit including but not limited to;

  • Was Instrumental in establishing Nielsen in Pakistan
  • Bringing Special Analysis capabilities to Pakistan for the first time while he was heading Nielsen Pakistan’s special analysis division
  • Launch of Pakistan’s first ever Single Source Study (CMi)
  • Launch of MEMRB and its Retail Audit Service in Pakistan
  • Has established a first of its kind BTL evaluation model “InterACT” which is widely in use by various clients. Have written a Research Paper based on approach of this model which was accepted by ESOMAR and presented in MENAP Conference in 2016

He was also part of the group of researchers who have revived the Market Research Society of Pakistan (MRSP) in 2011 and was the first elected President of MRSP
