Amna Khatib Paracha is a veteran of the media industry and has been part of the communication world since the last two decades. She started her career with Interflow moving to Joining Mindshare in 2001, where she joined as a Media planner and then climbed the ranks to Head of Corporate Planning Business & in 2008, from Mindshare, Amna moved to Pak Mediacom (now Starcom).

In 2009, she joined Universal McCann – the media arm of Orient McCann in the capacity of COO and started and led the media business. After a couple of years, Amna shifted career from Traditional communication planning to Digital planning when she joined Converge Technology and led the digital business in the capacity of Vice President of the company. Under her leadership, the company rose to one of the top Digital agencies of Pakistan working on Unilever, Nestle and Mobilink digital businesses.
Later on, Amna re-Joined GroupM in 2014 and established the Digital arm for GroupM which works across all the group agencies in Pakistan, and is now the leading Digital agency in Pakistan. For their achievements in 2016 & 17, they also won Campaign Asia “GOLD” Digital agency of Pakistan along with outshining the SAF GroupM agencies by being crowned the New ME award winner.

In addition, Amna’s expertise is spread across Brand and Communication Strategic planning, Innovation and Ideation in Traditional & Digital media. Also setting up successful business operations & Trainings and business development.
