Coined and executed the idea of the Lahore business, Bilal has been rocking his throne in Lahore for more than a decade. Started his career in 2005 with Red Communication Arts to manage the dairy business and then joined Adcom in 2008 to lead the Telenor prepaid business, he successfully repositioned the brand and executed campaigns during the intense communication landscape of the Telco war.
Later in 2011, he established a team and expanded Adcom’s business in Lahore and grew the organization from 1 person to a team of more than 50 people in 2022, he kept growing by utilizing his powerful capabilities of strategic offerings, intellectual thinking, relationship management, and team motivational exercises.
Today, with more than 17 years of experience and expertise in leadership roles, he is leading Adcom Leo Burnett to gain a top position in Lahore’s marketing landscape.
