Farooq is a passionate well rounded overall business management and marketing professional with more than 25 years of diversified international and local experience. Strategic thinker with proven track record of Strategic planning and implementing business initiatives to drive results in a cost effective manner with strong leadership and interpersonal skill which has been key to his success while working with leading brands like Merck, Danone Group, Hershey Canada, Rogers Telecom, Omstead Foods Canada, Tapal and Service Sales Corporation.
Farooq is presently heading Babelfish Consultants and helping his clients in different industries/sectors and guiding them to ensure long term sustainable profitable growth. He loves to travel and enjoy reading autobiographies. He strongly believes in contributing back to the society through teaching and his passion for philanthropic work. He is Visiting Faculty member at IOBM and SZABIST. He is Trustee and General Secretary of GEAR Trust which helps people in generating employment to the bottom of the pyramids of the society.
