Imran Afzal is currently the CEO of VOWEL, a full-service advertising and digital communication agency with emphasis on creative & production. Before this, Imran was the CEO of JWT Pakistan from 2015 till 2018. With almost two decades of industry experience of working on brands like Coca-Cola, Unilever, Shell, Nestle, BAT, Pepsi, HBL, Ufone, Honda and many more, Imran is a specialist in the management of brand architecture and brand building, as well as a leading expert in Pakistani consumer psychology.

Imran started his career at Publicis in 1999 with HP as his first client, there was no looking back since then and his career steered through McCann, Ogilvy, Evernew and landing him at JWT in 2009. In 2011 Imran was tasked to establish Walter Pakistan a division of WPP where he and his team won Pakistan’s first ever APAC Effie Award in 2013 for a Pepsi Pakistan campaign.
