Irteza has 17 years of professional experience including Sales & Brand management, Trade marketing, Consumer & Shopper Insights and Corporate Planning & Strategy with exposure of 2 regions (Middle East & Pakistan and North Africa) and 3 countries (Pakistan, UAE and Morocco).

He started his career in 2003 as a Brand Officer in KOLSON Foods and later also served as Area Sales Manager in Karachi. He managed brands of Snacks, Pasta, Vermicelli and Cereals categories during the tenure and was also leading some key initiatives like “KOLSON Kids Club” and “Ap ka Khadim” which was a pilot project of company operated retail outlet with home delivery services. He then joined Nielsen Pakistan in 2006 and worked on several consumer research and Shopper projects. Based on his performance in Nielsen Pakistan, he was the first to be deployed outside the Middle East & Pakistan region (in Morocco) for a period of 3 months and later after a year of his return he was transferred to UAE office where he served for almost 4 years and was managing the business of some key & selected clients of UAE and later was assigned additional responsibility of BOQK (Bahrain, Oman, Qatar & Kuwait) region.

In 2016, he returned to Pakistan and joined Pakistan State Oil, to develop a Market Research function that to provide insights to the business lines for effective strategy development. Since March 2020, he has been assigned the Brand Management department along with Market Research function. Additionally, he is extremely a persistent, focused, self-motivated and a self-challenged & a people’s person and strongly believe in collective success, develop the talent and motivate the team to achieve excellence.
