Rashna believes that creativity is based on two things: empathy and perspective. And so, everything she does is imbued with both. She actively seeks out creative energy, be it people, experiences or places. In her own words “Nothing drains my soul more than repetition, so switching up my day to day also helps to keep my gears turning.”
She has worked with some of the biggest and favorite brand names in the industry; doing everything from giving the creative direction to some of the most memorable (and business building) campaigns over the last two decades, to concept writing and overseeing productions, from styling shoots to building websites and creating brand books. In between all of that she collaborated on a hit feature film screenplay, learnt French and discovered yoga. She strives to drive contemporary and progressive ideas though the agency creative team she heads across three offices – the largest in the country.
