Rubab has been heading data and analytics for Brainchild Communications for 10 years now and has been pivotal in doing many market-first projects for the clients. Being a computer science major makes her a great hybrid profile; someone who can understand marketing and link it to the technical language. She is highly observant, curious, and empathetic -the three important traits that make her great at consumer insights. She enjoys connecting dots, problem solving, proposing solutions and critical analyses. She is a proponent of data-driven marketing and wants others to think beyond their locus of control when communicating with their target audience. She believes that consumers are more connected now and loves how Paul Roetzer puts it: “Every trackable interaction creates a data-point, and every data-point tells a piece of the customer’s story.”
