Rubab has been heading data and analytics for Brainchild Communications for 10 years now and has been pivotal in doing many market-first projects for clients. Being a computer science major makes her a great hybrid profile; someone who can understand marketing and link it to the technical language. She is highly observant, curious, and empathetic -the three important traits that make her great at consumer insights. She enjoys connecting dots, problem-solving, proposing solutions, and critical analyses. She is a proponent of data-driven marketing and wants others to think beyond their locus of control when communicating with their target audience.
