Sadia Dada

Sadia Dada is Director Communications at Philip Morris (Pakistan) Limited and is part of the Company’s Country Management Team. After a brief stint in media, she stumbled upon a career in Communications that now spans 15 years. During this time she has worked on the corporate image of some of the biggest businesses in the country directly – Mobilink, Nestle, Unilever and, until most recently, K-Electric. During her versatile and multi-sectoral career, she has also launched and driven various Sustainable Community Development Projects that contribute to the bottom line while building brand love.

Sadia is also the Founder of Women in Numbers, a platform focusing exclusively on increasing and enhancing the representation of women working in the corporate sector in Pakistan through advocacy, sensitization, mentoring and capacity building. Additionally she runs a sustainable grassroots initiative called Maid to Shop that engages domestic maids in Karachi’s Shirin Jinnah Colony while supporting them in sending their daughters to school.

A fan of travelling solo, Sadia recommends it at least once a year.
