Shoaib has more than 10 years of Marketing Experience managing multiple brands in FMCG and Healthcare categories. He started his career with Novartis in sales, moving into brand management at GSK and then spent the last 5 years with Reckitt in multiple marketing roles. Currently Shoaib is working at L’Oréal as the Brand Business Lead for two of their core franchises – L’Oréal Paris & Maybelline. Shoaib has done remarkable brand building and delivered top line & bottom line growth of multiple brands like Mortein, Harpic, Durex, Strepsils, Cac-1000 plus, Gaviscon, Mead Johnson and more throughout his career. Shoaib is a graduate and proud Alumni of IBA. Outside of work, Shoaib loves to unwind by going for a walk with his wife, catching-up with family and friends over coffee and going out to watch movies.
