Uzma is a seasoned Media and Digital leader with over 17 years of experience working across an array of different industries, categories, and brands. Starting her career from Mediacom on Proctor & Gamble, she worked her way up to an Associate Director handling a portfolio of various local and international clients. She then moved up as General Manager at OMG Pakistan where she helped develop the overall goals and teams for the business. Post this, she joined Unilever as the Head of Media & Digital Hub where she lead the media and digital function for 7 years delivering brilliant media campaigns and innovations across brands.

In her latest role, as the Head of Ecommerce for Unilever Pakistan, she manages partnerships across e-tailers and customers and is responsible for managing the P&L, ensuring profitability of the overall channel via key verticals like Commercials, Stocks, Campaign planning, Creatives and Financials.
